As a Healer I use Intuitive Bodywork, Energy Work such as Cranial Sacral & Shamanic vibration, Meditation and Spiritual Counseling to encourage deep diving conversations to bring my clients closer to self awareness. I aim to educate each person on the benefits of alternative techniques, while hopefully enhancing their life’s journey. With over 18 years of experience in bodywork and an ordination through the Alliance of Divine Love ( a non-denominational ministry) it allows me to assist you on your journey of evolving to a healthier spiritual lifestyle and a healthier you : mind, body, and soul.

Spiritual Services
Intuitive Body Work is a different treatment for each individual. Using Techniques of Massage ,Energy work, and Sound Meditation to tune into the energy flow of the body, this technique will help bring the client into a deep, relaxed healing space and allow balance to the mind, body, and soul. It is used to help bridge the gap between mind and body to ultimately have a calmer life style.

Awareness Course ( An exploration into Consciousness)
In this course time is spent on a journey exploring, understanding, and deepening the awareness of self through weekly activities, reading, mediations, and reflection. You will connect with the inner being, exploring your emotional state and learning what your bridge to well being looks like for you. By the end of this journey you will gain a heightened sense of self awareness & develop practices to improve clarity and peace in your daily life.

Massage

Energy Work
Energy work can consist of different holistic practices focused on balancing the bodies energy field to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. These particular sessions can include a combination of Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Breath work, Shamanic Meditation/Healing, or Sound Meditation/ Healing. Ask me about Energy work packages!
